COMPLAINTS:

If you have any concerns or are dissatisfied with the services Simplyloans.co.nz has provided, please let us know by emailing Sales@simplyloans.co.nz.

Our internal complaints procedure team will be more than happy to discuss, explain and hopefully resolve any problems you may have as soon as possible.

If you are not satisfied by our response to your complaint, you can request the involvement of Financial Services Complaints Limited, an External and Impartial Dispute Resolution Scheme that Simply Loans has registered with (Membership Number 7188) for an independent and objective review of the circumstances at no cost to yourself.

OMISSIONS OR ERRORS:

While Simply Loans 2016 Limited has made every endeavor to supply accurate information, errors and omissions may inadvertently occur from time to time. We cannot offer any guarantee or warranty as to the truth, accuracy, detail or extent of the description contained within each or any listing or link. Accordingly, Simply Loans 2016 Limited accepts no responsibility for any loss or inconvenience occasioned by any person or organisation either acting upon or refraining to act upon a particular course of action as a result of the material contained within our site pages or the links they may provide.
