How can Simply Loan’s Staff help you?

Simply Loans staff are licensed and qualified to provide you with advice about the following products:

  • Vehicle Loans, Mortgage Loans and various types of Personal Loans
  • Payment Protection Insurance, Vehicle Insurance, GAP insurance, and Vehicle Mechanical Breakdown Insurance

Fees for Advice Provided:

Simply Loans will not charge a fee for accepting applications.

Simply Loans will never request you to pay a fee in order to have your loan funds disbursed (paid out) to you.

The fee structure for each lending agreement will differ slightly between each separate Financial Entity, however the typical method that Simply Loans earns income for their advice and the fees that are collected by Simply Loans is structured as follows:

“Broker Fee” – a one time fee that is written on the loan contract and included in your loan principal when the application has been accepted by the Financial Entity who is providing the finance.

“Commission” – a margin or percentage of your payable interest that is paid to Simply Loans by the Finance Company who has provided your finance, which is paid either ‘up-front’ upon disbursement of your loan funds or vehicle purchase, or, paid to Simply Loans as a regular ongoing (e.g. monthly) disbursement as you make repayments to your loan.

Neither Fee types are invoiced or required to be paid directly to Simply Loans by the applicant- all fees and payments are taken care of by the Financial Entity who has approved and disbursed your Lending Product.
